Neonatal Surveys

Neonatal Surveys

Since 2016, Texas Perinatal Services, a division of the Texas EMS, Trauma & Acute Care Foundation, has been an approved neonatal survey agency by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Utilizing experienced neonatal medical directors and neonatal nurses, we provide neonatal survey services for all levels of NICUs in Texas hospitals.

Texas Perinatal Services offers this convenient timeline to guide you through the survey scheduling process. When you are ready to schedule your survey, simply click on the request survey button below and a member of our survey team will contact you to schedule the survey.

Contact Aaron Rogers, survey operations manager, with any questions regarding our surveys.
