Services
Helping hospitals deliver the highest quality of care to babies and mothers is what Texas Perinatal Services is all about. Long before the state rules were adopted for neonatal and maternal care designation requirements, our perinatal experts were playing a key role in supporting the state’s mission to improve maternal and child care. With our strong track record in hospital surveying for both trauma and stroke designations, and our extensive experience in Texas hospitals, state leaders looked to us for expertise and input as they developed designation criteria for perinatal care. We are proud that our experience helped state legislators develop what ultimately became the neonatal and maternal care unit designation criteria.
Texas Perinatal Services provides two types of state-required perinatal verification surveys.
